A man who died after he was shot in the chest outside a Chelmsford petrol station has been named by police as John Pordage, aged 34.
“He was shot by an occupant of the car, which drove off,” a spokesperson said. The victim, from Galleywood, was taken to hospital where he later died.
His mother, Sue Wilson, paid described him as someone who was “fun-loving and wore his heart on his sleeve”.
“He was known for his big personality and friendly nature,” she added.
Mr Baker (a pseudonym), from Chelmsford, Essex, told Mail Online about how he thought he was the only man in the world to be afflicted with the condition.
