“I guess the first thing that went through my mind was like complete and utter disbelief,” Pierce said. Pierce’s lease, like many, says the landlord has the right to enter the apartment, but police said this case is felony trespassing.
Pierce immediately called his wife, telling her they needed to move. “Landlords don’t have the ability to go into tenant apartments and do whatever they want to do,” police Lt. Pierce said the worst part is what the two used as a towel to clean up — his wife’s wedding dress.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Quijada on suspicion of criminal trespassing and misdemeanor obscenity, according to 11 News.
